Dato' Andy Low
Dato’ Andy founded Messrs Low & Partners in 2009. With his dynamic personality and exceptional vision for the firm, he has progressively expanded the firm to one of the leading law firms in corporate and litigation. ’ Andy is a full-fledged practicing lawyer with vast experience in handling matters of corporate restructure, private equity, venture capital & capital market.
Under his sturdy supervision and insightful capacity, he has steadily led the expansion of the firm from KL/ Klang Valley across Malaysia by setting up branches in Johor as southern regional office and in Penang as
As the Managing Partner, Dato’ Andy’s excellence throughout his years of practice – brought on by his insightful leadership and striking ability to understand
the commercial needs – has prompted him to be interviewed by a host of magazines, amongst others, Personal Money Magazine published by the Edge Communications for various legal opinions about property sale and purchase Agreements. He was also interviewed by local the Star, the Sun and the News Straits Times, expressing his legal opinions over various subject matters. He also appears regularly in TV ntv7 and Bernama news.
Apart from legal practice, he is an active angel investor. His investment portfolios include technology sector, property industry from start-up to listed companies. His experience in business investment as well as deep understanding of the law allows him to give valuable insights and guidance to his clients & business partners.
